Effective Date: April 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MyVideo Wallpaper (the "App"), published by SmartAppCraft ("we," "our," or "us"), accesses, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the App.
The App allows users to select videos stored on their device and use them as live wallpapers. The App may also display advertising, use analytics and crash reporting tools, offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play, and send optional app notifications where supported and enabled.
You do not need to create an account to use the App’s core wallpaper functionality. We do not require your name, postal address, or phone number to use the App.
Depending on your device, Android version, and enabled features, the App may request access to internet connectivity, network state, locally stored video files, wallpaper-related device functions, wake-related device behavior, and notifications.
The App may also rely on certain device state signals available through Android in order to support wallpaper behavior and feature logic, including behavior related to the lock screen and home screen.
If you choose to browse or select videos from your device, the App may access video files stored locally on the device for the purpose of presenting them inside the App and allowing you to use them as wallpapers.
Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, videos selected by you are intended to remain on your device and are not uploaded by us to our own servers.
We do not claim ownership of your videos, and we do not use those videos for advertising profiling, sale, or unrelated purposes.
Depending on the version of the App and the enabled services, we or our third-party service providers may access, collect, use, or share the following categories of information:
Depending on the production build and enabled features, the App may use third-party services and SDKs, including Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Unity Ads.
These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms. For transparency, we recommend reviewing the current official privacy information of each provider used in the App.
The App may display ads served by third-party advertising partners. Those partners may use technical information, identifiers, diagnostics, and app interaction data to deliver ads, limit repetition, measure effectiveness, and help prevent fraud.
In regions where consent is required, including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we may present a consent management flow that allows users to choose from available advertising options in accordance with applicable requirements.
You may also be able to manage certain advertising preferences through your Android device settings.
The App may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand app usage, improve performance, diagnose technical issues, and maintain stability.
These tools may process technical and usage-related data, but they are used for app functionality, diagnostics, security, and improvement purposes rather than to access your local video content for unrelated use.
Optional purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or full billing credentials.
We may receive limited transaction-related information, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, and confirmation that a purchase was completed, canceled, refunded, or restored.
If the App uses notifications, they are intended for app-related messages, such as reminders about daily free wallpapers, feature availability, or similar App content.
On supported Android versions, notifications may require your separate permission. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
We do not sell your personal information or your local video content. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers and partners that support app functionality, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of our rights.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including app operation, security, diagnostics, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement of agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the third-party provider involved. Local videos selected by you are intended to remain on your device unless you delete them yourself.
Because the App generally does not require user accounts, deletion options depend on the type of data involved. In many cases, you may control data by deleting app data, uninstalling the App, resetting relevant device identifiers, managing Google account controls, adjusting Android settings, or using privacy tools provided by third-party services.
You may also contact us for reasonable assistance with privacy-related requests. Where data is processed by third-party providers, your request may need to be handled by or coordinated with those providers.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Data transmitted off the device is intended to be handled through secure methods supported by the relevant services.
However, no method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or a similar jurisdiction, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information in connection with the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or by our service providers, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date shown above.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
